Cara Mengembalikan Chat WA Terhapus (Android & iPhone)

Tidak sengaja hapus chat penting? WhatsApp punya cara recover — asal ada backup.

Syarat Restore

• ✅ Ada backup sebelumnya
• ✅ Backup lebih baru dari saat chat dihapus
• ✅ Nomor WA yang sama

⚠️ Tidak pernah backup = tidak bisa recover.

1. Restore dari Google Drive (Android)

1. Uninstall WhatsApp.
2. Install ulang dari Play Store.
3. Verifikasi nomor.
4. Muncul prompt "Restore from Google Drive".
5. Login akun Google yang sama.
6. Tap Restore.

2. Restore dari iCloud (iPhone)

1. Hapus WhatsApp.
2. Install ulang dari App Store.
3. Verifikasi nomor.
4. Muncul "Restore Chat History".
5. Pastikan iCloud aktif & Apple ID sama.
6. Tap Restore.

3. Local Backup (Android)

WA auto backup lokal jam 2 pagi. File di /sdcard/WhatsApp/Databases/msgstore-[tanggal].db.crypt14. Rename ke msgstore.db.crypt14, uninstall, install ulang.

4. Aktifkan Daily Backup

Settings → Chats → Chat Backup → Back up to Google Drive/iCloud → Daily.

5. Undo Delete (Fitur Baru)

WA punya tombol Undo 5 detik setelah delete. Buruan klik sebelum habis!

Yang Tidak Bisa Direcover

• ❌ Chat sebelum backup pertama
• ❌ Chat yang sudah di-overwrite backup baru
• ❌ "This message was deleted"

Tips Bisnis

Customer service yang pakai WA perlu jaga history chat. Alat WA auto-sync semua chat customer di dashboard, tidak hilang meski dihapus di HP.
